IBL Ltd, a world-class diversified investment group based in Mauritius, launched their multi-partner program ‘wiiv rewards” in 2019 

Their mission? To drive customer loyalty and behaviour using a powerful rewards scheme, multi-channel communication and data-driven marketing 

The result? Wiiv rewards, a points-based program with more than 11 partners across various industries (such as supermarket, pharmacy, taxi service, winegrowers, DIY stores), that has been very powerful in delivering results from the start.   

With wiiv rewards, members can collect and redeem points in real-time across the partners’ network, and enjoy various additional benefits. They are also engaged with regular, personalized multi-channel communication. 

IBL and the program partners benefit in a number of ways:  

  • With the loyalty program the partners now have an effective USP against competitors fostering customer loyalty.  
  • They also benefit from an efficient data-driven marketing engine, which is used to deeply understand and drive customer behaviour – with some impressive results including significantly increased average basket sizes. 

6 months after launch the program has already acquired 15% of the population as members. The program exceeded set objectives and became a great success already in its first year. And now – as the icing on the cake IBL has won the “Best Regional Loyalty Program Award” at the global Loyalty Magazine Award 2020! 

But IBL does not pause here, instead they are continuously advancing the program planning to add new partners and program features every other month
